Larry Robertson

Larry Robertson (aka Jerry Lee Larry, Shinetop Jergens, Bronco Bucks, and

most recently as Professor Woogie Boogie) has been playing music since his

teens. He appeared on Dick Clark’s American Bandstand, and played shows

with the Coasters, Bo Didley, and Chuck Berry. In the 1970’s, living in Madison,

Wisconsin, he was able to sit in and learn from blues legends like Charlie

Musselwhite, Magic Sam, and Otis Spann who were touring the college circuit.

He did a tour playing keyboards for Luther Allison and did shows with Muddy

Waters, John Lee Hooker, and many other blues greats.

This collection of his original compositions represents the breadth of style in his

work. He wrote all the compositions, arranged and played all the instruments:

keyboards, drum parts, guitars, and bass.
